Well today was my first day back on the links in about 2 years and did I I have fun :) my Mom & Dad & hubby had a great time I didn't even suck like I usually do I guess the 2 year break helped lol..... check out my form...oh yea check out my Mom's form!!!! priceless!! she was retrieving the many balls that got shot into the water traps (thanks mom : ) oh yea check out Dad hey cookie you need a hand getting up?? (NOT)!!! lol here's Mom she had great form!!! so did Dad (he got a birdie!!) Geno would have liked a bigger course but he had fun It is so great being here with family I missed it when we lived in PA oh and weather is beautiful here, I hear it is snowing back in PA : ) well when we got home it was nap time didn't wake up till 7pm!! I guess walking insted of driving a cart did us in not so bad though I like the exercise well it is almost time for lost and I am lost for words lol I'll be back...............

I wake up to the sounds of sirens!!!

Yes it was a wonderful sound "NOT" my neighbor around the corner must be a volunteer ems or fireman and he got a call around 6am I mean that is a great thing to do, but does he have to turn on the siren in his drive way??? and drive through the streets with it on we live in a development a nice quiet community (most of the time) the emergency was outside the development why couldn't he turn on the siren at the entrance and drive away??? Oh Well what ya gonna do.. anyway it is a beautiful day here in Camden N.C. hubby is in the kitchen making breakfast : ) in fact he is yelling from the kitchen breakfast is almost ready!!! : ) we are going golfing today .....oops! gotta go he is done omelets I think : )

I'm Back

Hey there dinner was great we made chicken parm it was delicious now where was I? well my hubby and I used to own a pizzeria in PA the name of the Pizzeria was Geno & Joey's I kinda miss it I met lots of great people through the years, but still happy I am with my family now : ) now we are deciding what to do with our lives we have been in business for ourselves for so long we feel lost thank god through the sale of the house and business we can take our time but it has been a couple of months and now I think it is time. The hubby is out there looking I am trying to find the "legitimate work at home job" are they out there? so far a bunch of scams! if you have to pay it is not legit oh well I will keep trying the only one that loves that we are home all the time is Beau! don't get used to it beau beau It's funny I started this blog to find Shlumpidinkas and now I see I can do both it is kinda nice just typing what you want to no matter what mood you are in, it feels great to either share or get it off your chest, you have not witnessed me getting it off my chest yet but I am quite sure you will. I have lots to vent about but not now I don't want to scare you off lol!!! Have a great nite gezz I hope someone visits but if not this is a great outlet for me : ) oh yea going golfing tomorrow with my hubby & parents should be fun I really don't like it much but the hubby does and boy do my parents!! so I go for them : ) once I am there not so bad.....

Hey it's me

Just wanted to blog a little about myself I can wait for the shlumpidinkas to come to me anyway My name is Terri I live in North Carolina just recently moved here from the cold mountains of the Poconos Pennsylvania lovin it!!!! no snow no shoveling no coat no gloves oh and the best thing is my family is here : ) I have a hubby his name is Eugene but we call him Geno he likes that much better : ) we have been married for 22 years oh and my dog beau a wonderful cocker spanial he is 5 years old and the bestest of the best dogs isn't he cute ?? lets see what else?? to be continued hubby is calling have to start dinner........yes he does help in the kitchen : )

The Best Dressed mall have ever seen

Oh well my first time out and I got no Pics : ( that was the best dressed mall I have ever seen!!! what really ticks me off is I went to the food lion after the mall and left my camera and phone in the car and low and behold in the frozen section of the store a women is walking around with curlers in her hair!!! I parked so far from the front of the store I knew she would be gone by the time I got back : ( not only curlers Multi Color!!!!! Better luck tommorow.

Hey there my name is Terri & I am a Shlumpadink!! well I was until Oprah set me straight yes I admit I used to go out in sweats and t shirts and when I wasn't working just sitting around in my PJs until I saw the light! oh and me in the mirror!!!!. I started this blog for all the shlumpadinks that are out there & oh boy are there!! just today I was sitting in the car waiting for the hubby & I was people watching and oh my gosh! It was a shlumpadink nightmare!!! .
I wish I had my camera to show you Oprah would have died!! so this is what I am going to do I hope you do too i am going to devote this blog to shlumpadinkas everywhere if you have a pic to post It would be great... or a story to tell I would love for you to share your stories and Pics.. I have my camera ready! I hope you do too. remember this is all in fun so post away cant wait to see and hear from you....
